In this fast-moving card game, each player takes control of a group of government staffers and wins loyalty for their people while stealing it from others, all while trying to avoid the wrath of the president. People will be fired, transferred, and otherwise totally embarrassed, but there can be only one winner! And it sure won't be the nation!
